How cancellations, withdrawal and refunds work for paid bookings. Local partners participate free of charge, so this policy applies to paid startup slot bookings.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have a statutory right to withdraw within fourteen days without giving reasons. For digital services that begin before the period ends, the right lapses once you have expressly consented to early performance and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right.
Review refunds
Every booking is reviewed after payment. If we reject your booking, we refund the full amount using the original payment method.
