What Conquest is

Conquest is a mobile city game operated by Moumint GmbH in Lisbon (8 to 12 November 2026). Players explore the City Map and Camp Map, complete quests and riddles, and may claim prizes at milestones while stocks last.

Independence

Conquestador is a standalone activation by Moumint GmbH. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated as part of any conference or trade fair held in Lisbon during the same period.

Partner participation

Sponsors and attraction partners take part by offering a reward such as a ticket, voucher, discount, experience or small gift. Submitting the sponsor form is a non-binding request. A partnership is formed only once we confirm your participation in writing, for example by email.

Local store partners (cafes, shops, restaurants and similar walk-in venues) purchase a paid map spot. The current price is shown on the partners page. Local stores also provide a small in-store reward for visiting players and display promotional materials (flyers and a poster) as agreed. Sponsors join via the sponsors page and form; they do not pay an online fee on this site.

Your reward and redemption

You define the reward, its quantity and its validity period. You are responsible for honouring the reward for eligible players during the agreed period through the redemption method agreed in advance, such as a code, QR pass, guest list or manual confirmation.

You confirm that you are entitled to offer the reward and that it complies with applicable law.

Use of your brand

You grant Moumint GmbH a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your name, logo and reward details within Conquest and in related promotion for the duration of the activation. You can ask us to remove your listing at any time by emailing us.

Our role

We provide the game, your placement and visibility to players. We do not guarantee any particular number of visitors, redemptions or business results.

We may decline or remove any partner, reward or content at our discretion, for example where it is unlawful, misleading, unsafe or unsuitable.

Prizes and milestones

Prizes are not awarded by random draw or lottery. They are assigned to players who reach defined milestones by solving quests and riddles and who meet the other participation rules. Allocation is in order of reaching the milestone while the prize stock lasts. City Map and Camp Map quests may carry different point weights; city quests alone can reach an eligible milestone.

Local gaming rules

The offer is designed as a skill-based city game with fixed rules and milestones, not as a game of chance. Activities that fall under Portuguese rules on modalidades afins de jogos de fortuna ou azar may require municipal authorisation; the described model is intended to stay outside that category. Details may be refined after legal review.

Paid bookings

Startups and local store partners may purchase paid slots. Such bookings are made in EUR including applicable VAT where stated, are subject to review, and are covered by the cancellation and refund policy. Moumint GmbH issues a tax invoice from the billing details you provide.

Duties at your physical location

If you promote Conquestador at a physical location or show a QR code, you alone must comply with all contractual obligations, house rules and instructions of third parties (including landlords or on-site operators). We recommend showing QR codes only on request in conversation or on a phone, not as permanent signage.

Liability

Moumint GmbH is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for culpable injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

We are not liable for warnings, exclusions or other sanctions by third parties arising from how you present Conquestador at your location, unless caused by our intent or gross negligence.

Applicable law

German law applies, without depriving a consumer of the protection of mandatory provisions of their country of habitual residence.
